Hello there! Please read the following Terms of Sales carefully before placing any bids or purchases. 1. Product Listings: Any information listed on the product listings will be described as accurately as possible to ensure that the description reflects the item. This would extend to the name, colourway, brand, type of cut, measurements outside of Lolibrary, and condition. However, there will be some human error due to outside factors. Said factors include monitor resolution for colourway and quality control checks for condition. 2. Shipping: Once the packages are shipped out, any further status updates will then be under the control of the post office. This will include the state of the package upon arrival, transit time, and tracking updates (if applicable). Please keep this in mind when ordering time sensitive items, as I will not be able to control when the item will get to you within the desired deadline. 2a. Tracking: To limit liability, I will ONLY ship out packages with tracking included. Therefore the shipping rates will be expensive. EDIT: 18-Jun-19 - For customers buying items with cheaper prices <$50.00 USD, non-tracking shipment might be considered provided that customers understand that I am not held liable for any lost packages. This point will be repeated during the inquiry stage. By agreeing to purchase the item and to the non-tracking shipment, this agreement is enforced. 2b. Insurance: Initial shipping quotes provided will not include insurance by default. Therefore if you need your package insured, please let me know during the inquiries process, preferably prior to buying, so that I will be able to provide you a quote for the additional charge, as this charge can vary depending on the type of shipping method. 3. Disputes: If you have received the item and it did not match the description listed on the product listing for some reason (ie. missing attachments such as waist-ties or pearl chains), feel free to contact me so that we can work something out. However, the dispute in question MUST be legitimate in nature. It cannot be any or all of the following: - Product item colourway in person is different from the photo listed on the product listing - Inclusion of non-existent attachments to items not depicted in the original stock photos - Making any other false claims in hopes for further monetary discounts NOTE: I will require proof photos prior to any disputes honoured! In the case if you have not received the item, please let me know as soon as possible so I can follow up with the post office. 4. Exchanges and/or Refunds: Due to the small niche and market nature of lolita fashion, there will be no exchanges and refunds allowed. Please only consider buying the items if you truly want them! 5. Holds: I do not do holds. 6. Payment Plans: Depending on the severity of the circumstances mentioned, I will allow usage of payment plans permitted that all of the payments are collected within 3 months time. Anything longer will be up to my discretion. Regardless, please contact me prior to purchasing if interested in implementing a payment plan, as I will need to determine the monthly payment amounts, overall payment schedule, and feasibility of sticking to the payment schedule. 7.
