Cute blue cutsew shirt from the Japanese brand "Dearly" (I think it's Dream V, but not 100% sure). Features a dark blue collar with gray polka dots and two large buttons. In used condition and the frills need to be ironed down, so buyers please note. A bit of an unusual piece, but I think it can be cute for decora and maybe even sweet lolita!
