Casual OP with detachable ribbons I bought many years ago. This can definitely be styled in a casual lolita way as it does fit a standard sized petticoat but my listing was removed from LM for not being lolita. Last silly pic is it with an old classical puppets petticoat underneath for reference.
I'm not sure if it's supposed to be reversible, but I've worn it in both directions just fine!
Selling as it no longer fits me in the bust area anymore!
