Horn hoodie with cute face and arms

I purchased this hoodie second hand and only wore it twice. It is very cute and comfortable, but I would recommend it for someone who is more on the petite side. For comfort, I think this would be best for someone with a bust of 35 inches or smaller and also 35 inches or smaller for the waist. It is very cute, does not have pockets, but instead has cute ghost arms. If you need flat measurements, please let me know!  There are no issues that I can see.
