New with tags, with minor damage. There is a rip/ tear near the chest area (last two photos) but it is near the seam so probably it can be fixed. This is a pull over type tunic dress and plus size friendly. It has a butterfly embroidery near neckline. The color is light blue, maybe turquoise blue would be the closest color.
