I bought this thinking it would be more of a pure white but it's actually very cream colored, almost beige. I also realized my waist size is a little too small for the dress to look nice (at least to me), being 70 cm, so I've decided to sell it. The waist is elasticized, though I haven't measured how much it can stretch. I can if you ask!
This dress would probably work with a more casual look, or perhaps in an otome coordinate, as it can't fit an extremely poofy petti. According to the previous seller:
