I bought this secondhand, and it did have a bit of a perfume smell to it. I washed it and the smell stayed. It's not bad, but if you're sensitive to fragrance be aware of that.
Smoke-free home. I do have a cat but I will lint roll the sweater before sending it to you. I can also wash it if you would like, just let me know as it will take a bit to wash and dry.
