A lace ruffle gaucho pant, it looks like a skirt but it’s a pants. It’s a pull over type pant with elastic back and side pockets. There are major damage, please see photos. Mostly a lot of snags, pen mark stain (6th photo) and yellowish stains (last photo) around 2cm long and there are tiny hole (7th photo) on right leg near the ruffle lace area but not so noticeable I think.
