A very soft and light skirt with an elastic waistband. Very good condition!
I bought this skirt second hand but have only worn it once but it doesn't suit my wardrobe as much as I would have liked. It's in great condition with no real visible flaws! It's a bit wrinkled because it's been stored away.
Skirt can easily be worn with a petticoat if you so desire. The elastic waistband can easily fit a range of sizes from about 25" to maybe 35" max (the elastic would feel very tight beyond that). Please feel free to comment on the listing if you have any other questions.
