I'm not sure of the official name of the dress. The bodice can be adjusted from the front. The straps can be adjusted as well.

The bottom has a vintage print of keys, flowers, and perfume bottles. 
Measurements: bust 79cm to 87cm, length 154-162
Please be aware of the measurements because the dress is on the small side although the tag says it's a size M.
