Hi, what are the waist measurements/how long is the skirt? And how much would shipping to Germany be?

Hi, the waist is pretty stretchy since it has a shirred waistband. The minimum officially is 64cm, max is 74, the standard size they report for most skirts. Due to the shirring it can also go a lot further, it fit me fine at 86cm.
