Got this hoping I could use it as an underskirt for my lolita coords, but turns out it doesn't fit a full petticoat ^^;
Has some gorgeous rose detailing (some of the threads are loose though, as seen in images), and pintuck black stripes.
The skirt is a bit sheer (you can see some of the mannequin underneath).

The skirt is fully shirred, so the waist can stretch a decent amount and it's very comfy!
