Bought second hand but haven't worn it, so it's time to find it a new home. Straps are detachable and there is a second hole for setting a longer/shorter length. there is a lining layer with a little tulle peeking out at the bottom

my amateur measurements:

waist 12 inches. can stretch up to 17 inches

length (of skirt from top to bottom of skirt, not including straps) 19.5 inches. 21 inches if you count the tulle that peeks out at the bottom

full length of straps 32 inches
