It took a while for us to complete the transaction, but the seller always responded in a timely manner whenever I messaged them with questions and was really nice to talk to! They dry cleaned one of the damaged dresses and even offered a small discount when the stains couldn't be successfully removed. Shipping was extremely fast and both of my items arrived exactly as described. Overall a very pleasant transaction, would gladly buy from this seller again!
