I hate to leave bad feeback, but cannot in good faith leave positive feedback.
I gave stars for communication and postage charges. The seller was great with communication and was very kind. I was thrilled to find a dream set at such a price. The seller missed our original agreed-upon shipment date which did not bother me at all because I totally understand that people have lives outside lolita. The next business day came and the seller informed me that the package (ready to ship) was accidentally left on a public bus on the way to the post. Seller was very apologetic and refunded in full immediately. I have waited about a week or so to see if a good samaritan either contacted the seller or shipped it to me. Neither has happened. I would be lying if I said the fact that not only the package but also my full name / address is now floating around somewhere in a different state makes me uncomfortable. Based on the other overwhemingly positive feedback, I can only conclude that this must've been a one-time horrible mistake. Very sad that the dress is lost and sad about the loss of money on the sellers part.

Frequebt and fast communication from the seller, quick dispatch and shipping... However the item is far smaller than expected. According to the measurements, it should've fit me fairly comfortably, but it fit like it was child-sized-- I can't even put it on all the way. This buying experience was otherwise great, but I'm gonna have to resell it because I didn't think to ask about the fit.
