Absolutely fantastic petticoat! The hoops are easy to adjust and collapsible, the construction is sturdy, and it's really cute too! It took about a month between the time I paid and when I actually got it, which is totally fine considering that everything is backed up right now. Communication was great, though it was different, I was notified of order confirmation and shipping by email to my paypal email instead of by message on here. Since that's not my personal email I didn't find out about it until way later, but that's probably not an issue for most people.
