The buyer made an unreasonable offer which I turned down. She later purchased the item at my asking price and upon receipt, opened a Paypal dispute claiming the item was damaged and obviously not new due to fraying ribbons and was worth no more than $25 less than what she'd paid and asked for a refund equivalent to the difference of her initial price offer before purchase. The only option left open to me on the dispute was a full refund which I refused. I submitted my photos of the items to Paypal and advised the item was sent exactly as it had been received by me. The dispute ended up closing against her and she attempted to message me again trying to get a refund.
This behaviour is not acceptable and I would have rather not sold it to her at all if I had known this was how it would have gone.
