Item was quite squished but seller partially refunded the item and gave advice on how to fluff up the flowers! Extremely satisfied with this seller, definitely would purchase from again!!

Color looked pink in the picture instead of champagne/ivory, but coat is beautiful and fits well into my wardrobe. Had to get it dry-cleaned since the mold-spore smell was strong. Seller shipped the item quickly though, was very friendly, and the coat is gorgeous! :)

The outer corners of the bow were curved imwards from shipping but I'm sure it will flatten out in no time. The gold cross actually fell off during shipping but I do believe that to be after it was shipped and the cross was still in the packaging so it's still five stars from me. I'm sure I can fix it back on easily. Thanks!
