Right shoe had damage on the heel that was not depicted in the pictures. A small chunk of the velvet was trying to come off. Will have to fix with fabric glue. Other than that, good communication and mailing time was as expected. Would buy from seller again.

Item had a delay coming to me at no fault from the seller but the post. They initiated the conversation, checking to make sure I got the item. When I told them no they offered to mail it again if it got sent back to them. The package went missing for three weeks and I was very worried. Glad it came safely. I think if tracking was offered this would have saved some grief (I assumed it was included). I would have been willing to pay extra just to have a little more piece of mind about the sale.
