Item as described, however the item was shipped much later than agreed upon and I had to chase the matter up with the seller as she did not contact me to inform me of the delay and reason for the delay

Very, very sweet seller, and I would be happy to buy from her again. The wig is exactly as described, in great condition. If I could give her more than five stars for communication, I absolutely would. There was a little bit of a delay in shipping, then the post office misplaced the package for a few days and she had to call them to set it right. Through the whole process, she always answered my messages quickly and courteously, and I'm super appreciative of all the time and effort she put into the transaction. Thank you so much!
