Very smooth transaction, excellent communication, and the dress was exactly as described (if not better!) . Gorgeous dress! I'm very happy, it's even better in person! Dress arrived on Saturday after I paid Handling & VAT Customs fees which I expected to receive anyway, took just over 2 months to arrive in the UK, the tracker didn't move for over a month which worried me a little bit, but that was due to the journey time it took to get to UK customs. Once the dress was here it took me about a week to receive since I had to wait for a letter to arrive so I could use a special code to pay my custom fees. I am very happy with the dress, it fits exactly how I pictured it would. The packaging was really nice (loved the Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma tape) too and kept the dress secure and dry. Thanks for the cute pin extra and the note you sent me also! I have had a great experience purchasing from you, thank you very much lovelylor!
