Overall, a good transaction. The seller is very friendly. After the sale, I didn't hear from them for a week, so I finally reached out, and they apologized for not contacting me or shipping the item yet. They said they would expedite the shipping and send me tracking soon. The item came the next week, but I didn't receive tracking info for it until the same day it arrived. I think the seller was just busy, but I got the item and it was as described (NWT), so I'm pretty happy.

I was really disappointed when the bag came in the mail. I was definitely prepared for all of the damage that WAS listed and photographed with the item. That was totally fine! What I was a little miffed about was all the damage that WASN'T reported in the listing. The reported damage included things like punctures and creases. The listing did NOT disclose that most of the faux leather was peeling away from the backing (as faux leather often does). If I would have known that this was the case, I would have not purchased (especially since shipping was almost as much as the item itself). The peeling-bits were coming off of the purse as I carefully removed it from its packaging. I'm going to try to salvage the bag as much as I can using leather paint. Everything else about the seller was totally great though so I am rating this as "neutral".
