This seller was rude (straight up insulted me) and would go MIA for days at times when they really needed to respond. When they returned they never seriously apologized or were able to express that they realized they had done anything wrong. They felt that it was totally okay to ghost me because they “have a life outside of selling clothes”, which would only be an acceptable excuse if having a life prevented you from taking less than five minutes to message someone “busy, details coming soon” once within the course of THREE DAYS. I had pry shipping information out of them when they did respond, because they refused to offer it. To keep it short I did not hear anything from them until 4 days after I paid, and the item did not ship until over a week after I had paid, and days after I had already asked for a refund instead because of their attitude. The shoes are a bit darker than expected, and the damage on the front of the shoes is a bit worse too, but I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt that their camera is just crappy and the pictures were over exposed, because I did look carefully at them. I just really honestly wish I had never bought these shoes from this seller, I regret it deeply.
