Overall, not a bad seller at all.
HOWEVER - the only communication I ever got was that the seller sent the invoice and charged me for tracked shipping within Germany which I paid promptly.
I never got the shipping number OR was notified that the package was sent off. Yes, it arrived without any issues, but I had to pick it up at the post and only found that out once it couldn't be delivered when I wasn't at home, and a note was left by the delivery person. (it has happened before, that they didn't leave a note and I only found out that it has to be picked up due to the tracking)
Idk why you'd charge for tracked shipping if the buyer never gets a tracking number, for all I know I could have been upcharged (it'd probably cost about 3,70 to send without tracking).

Shoes came in like described, however the ankle clasp has a lot of “flakes”. That wasn’t shown in the picture. Overall okay 👌🏽
