Gloria was very kind with our messages on Facebook and helped me get my dream dress, and was patient when I asked to wait to buy the blouse (bc of my own financial constraints) She found the exact skirt I wanted in the right colour and size, and the condition was better than I expected (I thought the condition would be used good, but all items were nwt)
Even after Malaysia shut down shipping flights due to rona she kept me updated, and gave me options (I went with DHL in the end) the dress blouse and accessories were well packaged, and even included a zip bag for my wardrobe to keep the coord in. I can’t recommend her enough - if you have a non-jp dress you’re looking for I say go for it and send her a message!

Honestly I was super nervous using them as my shopping service as it was my first time. It was hard for me to put my trust into them because there are so many scams, but honestly. I am so thankful I did. They communicated well about the price and payment plan, they were understanding of me when I was in the middle of moving, and they were very prompt in returning my messages. Only disclaimer because I have never used a person/shopping service, expect to get your dress in a few months, so don’t plan it for any events till you have it!!

I received everything as pictured! Communication was excellent and she kept me informed every step of the way. Covid has affected shipping globally but it didn't take super long to reach me, all things considered, and everything was packaged well. All in all a great experience!
