Extremely fast and thorough at communicating during every stage of the transaction. In particular, she noticed during a final check before postage that there was an extremely minor stain not noticed previously. Not only did she fully describe this but she also offered to suspend the order or offer a bit of a refund to cover stain cleaner. As is the parlance of the ebay culture would put it: A+++++++ would order again.

The auction was sold for $240, but the seller invoiced this buyer in Euros, resulting in a Paypal price that was more than the agreed upon price. The two parties were unable to come to an agreement over the correct conversion between Euro and USD and the transaction was terminated.
