On september 9th, the day I recieved the bag, I contacted this seller saying that the damage went beyond the stated 'minor stains' and I would like to return it. After a few days with no response I opened a paypal claim. On September 12 the seller contacted me staying that she would refund me immediately. On September 16 she asked me to send the bag back after the refund which I was happy to do. I never recieved the refund instead paypal had to handle the case and it was resolved in my favor on september 28th.
Even though she agreed to the refund she was completely unresponsive on her end.
This has been a month long nightmare.
I urge you to think twice about this seller and at the least ask for more pictures to look for undisclosed stains.
