The dress shipped quickly for an International order, but it came in a tote bag shipped in just a thin paper envelope which was completely broken open during shipment. It was taped up with a note from USPS saying they had to repackage the item with their own plastic. Thankfully the dress was safe inside the tote bag, but it was disheartening to see the item itself through the outside of the clear USPS plastic. The dress looks great, though everything in the shipment smells strongly of chemicals, kind of like spray paint? I haven’t washed it yet but I have noticed the smell is fading over time fortunately. Overall nice seller with good communication, but the dress should be packaged more safely next time (especially for international shipments).

After sending the money through Paypal, she shipped it out asap and I received it within 7 days.
The dress was on a clothhanger inside a clean clear plastic bag. The Bow came in a sealed bag!
The shipping costs are very high because I live in Switzerland.
Still I'd buy again from her!
