This seller was amazing! I had bought a similar necklace on a Japanese auction site, but the seller never shipped the item. This transaction, however, was a dream! The seller had excellent communication, shipped the item quickly, and it was well packaged. This bow necklace matched the listing perfectly. Thanks so much - my friend LOVED it!

Really lovely and sweet seller with excellent communication. Super lovely packaging, I felt like I was opening a gift! The dress did have a few very small undisclosed stains that were missed, but the seller was very kind in reply to my message about that, and the stains washed out very easily with just some soap so no further action was needed for a resolution. It all worked out in the end, would happily buy from again!
