Seller sent boots exactly when estimated and even went so far as to sent a photo of the receipt as confirmation, too! The boots were SUPER carefully wrapped and arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. They were a gift for a friend and she LOVED them, and it's all thanks to this wonderful seller for being so communicative and packing them so carefully <333 Would definitely recommend! Buyer was an excellent communicator despite my computer troubles at the time. I never invoiced her and LaceMarket did not have the option to leave neutral feedback from the dropdown list yet though so my feedback from the buyer is negative. Which is a bummer, because it gives potential buyers the view that I am in some way a scammer. (Even though he/she clearly stated in her feedback that I'm not, the big red texts looks pretty bad.) Perhaps the buyer would consider emailing LaceMarket and asking to adjust the rating from negative to a more fair neutral? Thank you!
