Buyer agreed on a BIN price for the dress. Once received, they messaged me saying some of the dress buttons were loose, and resewn with non original thread. I offered a partial refund of $12, more than enough to be fixed (per her request that it be done professionally.) or to return for a 90℅ partial refund. She responded by saying it might cost more than $12 for the repairs, and "It already makes me very nervous and I am afraid to always think about it if I keep it..." , so she would rather return the dress. To me this sounds like buyers remorse, and while I accepted the return terms, I would be cautious about selling to this buyer in the future.
