The most unpleasant and needlessly difficult sale I've ever had. I actively recommend *against* selling to them. I clearly wrote on the listing in multiple places to ask about international shipping prices, but the buyer ignored this and had already committed to the purchase with a deposit before they decided the shipping was too expensive (standard USPS rate). After resolving the shipping issue, the package was then delayed due to COVID-19 (I confirmed this with the Post Office). The buyer then opened a PayPal dispute, so I provided additional proof of shipping. They escalated it to an actual claim shortly afterwards, and only dropped it because the item arrived before PayPal could review it. The buyer failed to show any patience or understanding at all regarding the shipping delay, despite it being directly caused by COVID-19 / a global pandemic and despite indicating they were aware that international shipping was severely impacted.
