Incredibly frustrating and bad purchase all around. I inquired about sizing on the item from the seller, as they had not put any details in the listing. When they confirmed it would fit me, I gladly paid including the $20 shipping which I understood meant it would be shipped in a proper box and with protective packaging. Instead the item was dispatched, I was never given tracking for it, and when it arrived, it arrived crammed into a medium sized bag mailer, with no protection at all and a note from USPs saying it was damaged due to the way it was packed. When I opened it, I saw that not only was it far under the measurements given, but that it had become ripped due to transit. Due to the way the item is, it’s difficult to repair and was caused by the way it was sent. I was given a refund on the shipping, after almost several days without being told the seller was waiting to be paid. $20 by the way. Now I’m stuck with a damaged item that doesn’t fit, and money lost. I would not recommend purchasing from this individual.
