Wonderful condition! Seller shipped out almost immediately SO dress was received very quickly. I would have liked a little bit more communication after buying the dress but that's just a personal preference of mine. Would recommend/buy from again! Thanks again!

Communication was initially minimal with fast shipping and arrival of package. Upon receiving the package I did notice cat hair on the dress, although the dress was definitely clean. It was very well-protected envelope and thick plastic bag combination, that had kept it safe even through rainy condition. It is still in very wearable condition and Shahzoda was totally willing to hear me out and discuss the concerns I had. We came to an agreement through a very civil and polite series of e-mails. Overall the experience was good and ideal given that there was a minor issue, and that both of us could work together towards a happy medium.

Unfortunately this set was lost to the mail system, so I never received it. I chose to still post feedback because of how kind and attentive this seller is. She and I fought for nearly 4 months to get this package to me, she did EVERYTHING in her power to find it. She was consistent in communication, kind in tone, relentless in hunting this dress down, and is clearly just a genuinely good person. I could not recommend her more to buyers.

My feedback is super late but I am very pleased with this purchase. The photos I requested were promptly sent to me and the purse was in BETTER condition than I thought it would be. It was sent to me quickly after my payment and I love it. It was well packaged and protected. Sorry this feedback is so late, but I highly recommend this seller.

The item was exactly as described, and the dispatch was very quick! The bracelet was well protected with bubble wrap and air bags so that no damage would come to it. This seller was quick, specific, and straight-forward on how and when to pay. My package arrived a whole day before estimated as well.I would definitely purchase from her again, if given the chance.
