I really love this purse and was so excited to receive it, but it came with both the zipper pull tabs missing -- damage that the seller hadn't disclosed in the listing. There was also a tear on the inside lining of the item, which is manageable damage but was again completely unexpected. I'm so disappointed, especially because the seller was lovely otherwise!
