Unbelievable lovely seller! The item arrived really fast and in perfect condition, they even lowered the price on customs!

I purchased the dress thinking that tracking would be provided, as the seller told me that tracking would cost £18.20 ($24). I paid the amount they said it would be, but I found out later on that they had shipped the dress without tracking, as it would’ve cost more than what I paid for (it would’ve cost £30/$41) so they only paid for standard shipping (no tracking). It would’ve been best if they would’ve contacted me about this. Since the package is going to another country and tracking can come in handy+ it’s more secure. They also didn’t tell me when the item got shipped, I had to message them and ask them about it, which was almost a week after the item had shipped (they sent the item out on Feb 9th, I ended up finding out on the 14th). Since no tracking was provided, they could’ve at least told me when the item was sent out. Other than that, we had very good communication! And they were super friendly and patient with me. The package ended up getting lost once it got here so it had to be sent back. Took about a month for it to reach me but it just did and it’s just as described ^v^
