I got the item I paid for as expected as well as some free gifts, which I appreciate and am pleased with. However I had the same problem as most of the negative or neutral reviews. I waited 6 weeks, sent multiple messages after that point and did not hear back until I filed a PayPal dispute, at which point I heard back immediately. Seller gave me a reason for their absence, but since I could see they had been active/listing new items I am confused as to why they didn’t tell me this when I first messaged them. I do not feel like my experience would have been negative if I had gotten a response or if I had been given a realistic timeframe (if it’s going to be 6+ weeks, just say that, not 3-4 weeks). I debated leaving negative or neutral feedback and ultimately left none at all for a while because I didn’t want to be mean, but my experience was ultimately negative and felt others should be aware.

First off, I’d like to say I’m happy with the dress which is first and foremost the priority here. However I had some issues with this transaction. First, I was overcharged for shipping, in that the seller charged $15 where the service used to ship was first class with USPS, which I know only costs up to $6. Secondly the dress took longer than the stated time to ship out. The estimate was 3/4 weeks and it ended up taking 5 and a half. This is completely understandable as I know holidays and life get in the way. BUT with that said, when I reached out to the seller for an update I never received a reply, and they never reached out to update me on their own which was a point of concern for me.
All around, I’m happy now to finally have the dress but it was not as smooth of an experience as I had hoped for.

My package is finally shipped, I haven't received it yet but am sure the item is as described. I ordered this the 20th of December and it's finally been dropped off to USPS on the 12th of this month (January). It wasn't posted to USPS/ got a response until I threatened to wage a claim through PayPal.
Seller is good about contacting you for the payment, but drops off of the face of the Earth until you threaten to take your money back.

The seller was originally very easy to work with and accommodating and I eventually got the dresses and they are just as described and in good condition. Their page says items ship 3-4 weeks after payment, which I was fine with, but I waited for 7 weeks with no information on whether anything had shipped and no response to any of my messages. It wasn't until I gave up and opened a claim on Paypal to try to get my money back that they finally shipped them. I understand that life happens, but I wish the seller would have let me know that they weren't going to be able to ship it in the time frame they gave.
