I won the headdress on 4/17. I didn't hear anything about shipment so on 4/24, I sent a message asking if the seller had shipped yet. She responded the same day and said she was going to ship it out that day but she needed my address because apparently PayPal didn't provide it for her for some reason. I answered back a few hours later with the address. I didn't hear anything until 4/28 when the seller said she had "just got this now" and would send the headdress out the next day. When it arrived, it was a little bit discolored and had a tiny spot (like a dot of ink) on the inside. I soaked it in Oxi-clean for a few hours and that fixed the discoloration.
