The skirt arrived quickly, but was missing the waist ties, which was a flaw not mentioned in the listing description. I contacted the seller about this issue and requested a partial refund, which she agreed to. I now feel I paid a fair price considering the condition of the item (missing both waist ties and detachable bow).
