Buyer purchased my listing without reading it or contacting me to see if I would ship the item outside my pre-determined shipping area. Though there were communication issues on my side, I was willing to make an exception to my own TOS in the interest of a positive experience for both of us. The buyer requested a shipping method I had made clear I was not comfortable using & asked for the item to be marked down significantly on the package to avoid customs charges. We came to an agreement to cancel the sale.
