Great seller! My item was packed safely (inside a box within a box) to successfully prevent the rose from being damaged in transit. The seller allowed me to have it shipped via surface service to get the best shipping price (it took a little under 13 weeks, which is normal). Communication between us was easy and there were absolutely no issues. I am super happy with this purchasing experience and I would definitely buy from them again! ^^

After 7 months, the buyer contacts the seller to claim that the package was never received and that the tracking information is now expired. The package appears to be lost in transit despite seller's best efforts to provide information to the buyer.
