Notified buyer of stains found on dress after list NG which was NOT listed as an urgent sell. (simply why I was selling) Refunded immediately after notification to the buyer of said flaws and am well within my right to have done so as my TOS state that I can refuse a sale for any reason. A flaw is a good reason. I cannot in good conscience knowingly sell defective dresses if I became aware of the problem.
PayPal chose the method of refund which was not quickly enough for the buyer. This isn't my fault as I have no control over how PayPal takes money from my bank account.
