Unfortunately I am leaving NEUTRAL feedback for this buyer. She won a listing on 11/13, and I promptly messaged her letting her know she won and to confirm the total cost/PP address. I did not hear back until 11/15, and I did not receive payment until 11/16. Right after I received payment I tried to confirm her address, but did not hear back in time.
Normally I would have given buyers a week to pay, but because I'm leaving town on 11/19 and I have specifically stated so when I responded to her on 11/15, and asked her to pay ASAP so I can ship the item out before leaving, I had a very strict timeline. Unfortunately the buyer was not able to follow this timeline at this time.
HOWEVER, buyer is NOT a deadbeat buyer!! I am leaving neutral transaction solely for the difficulty in maintaining prompt contact with her, and for failure to complete transaction. I would not refrain from selling to this buyer solely based on this incident.
