Took a while to ship but dress arrived just as described, items were neatly folded and the dress is beautiful and brand new, tags still on!

Communication and eventual shipping was very slow. Normally I would give this a pass as the seller eventually came back and said she had been sick. (Although even if you can't ship right away, I'd still like to be kept in the loop so I don't feel like I've been ghosted after paying, but whatever.) However, the dress also arrived with visible damage to the ribbon on the front--the velvet fuzz has completely come off in some places. No mention of the damage or close-up photos were included in the listing. I'm disappointed.
