Everything was fine.
The only negative point it's that the profile says it's in France and the dress was in China so I didn't take in consideration the price of the shipping and the taxes in total + 57€ ouch

JSK and headdress are stunning and new with tags as described! Shipping is fast. I was happy for seller to take their time and that I wasn't rushing to get it for Christmas but still somehow got it before Christmas which is really great.
Improvements the seller should consider: needs to read inquiries and answer questions properly. Had issues at the start where seller responded to messages but didn't answer the question. Also, I don't know if the seller misread their own postage charge or not. I was aware of the postage charge for international buyers but the seller wanted to charge me a bit more than what was on the listing. I made the seller aware of the mismatch and they were happy to charge the original listed postage charge. Please be aware of what you are putting into your listings as it can come across as dishonest to charge more than what was promised and you may end up making the wrong person upset. Remember, no matter how much you charge a buyer - be mindful that you are being trusted with another person's money and time. Other than those two things, it was an overall good buying experience.

The jsk was being sold as ivory colorway, but the seller sent me pink instead. On the page where I bought it, they used the official btssb ivory image and included images that looked like ivory to me. Apparently the seller told me they're not good at taking pictures, so all the pink was washed out. I was really looking forward to getting it in ivory. Please use the correct imagery and clearly state the colorway when selling future items. I don't want other buyers to deal with this, especially because it's expensive. Otherwise, shipping was fast, however no tracking number was given.

It took a couple of weeks for them to send the dress out, then there was some confusion and it had to go from china to france then to me... very weird. They were pretty unresponsive to start then a lot better, replying within 1-2 days.
The shipping situation was pretty stressful overall but the seller is not responsible for all of that.
The dress is beautiful of course, and came well-packaged and undamaged. I love it alot and dont regret buying it.
