She first tried to start drama because she forgot I had already sent her the tracking number and now she’s accusing me of lying about damages. She said the button fell off. She decided to leave negative feedback when I didn’t immediately reply (because I’m out of town). When I explained that I wasn’t responsible for the “damages” (a loose button), she harassed me repeatedly. In the auction pictures, the waist ties are held by the buttons that were clearly not missing/fallen off.
