The seller communicated with me politely and sent out the invoice, as well as processed and shipped, the OTK item to me promptly and timely. I had no issues throughout any part of the process. The item arrived at its expected time in the described condition of brand new in its packaging. The seller also kindly put in cute stationary! I am very pleased with buying from this seller.
