The item came fairly quickly despite C19. The seller was very fast processing the dress. My big gripe is that I wasn't informed that there are two big blood stains on the bottom of the underskirt. Had I known I would have passed on the garment. Also, after looking at the manufacturer photos, the original packaging of this dress had a waist tie and bow.
