So I received the dress and was very concerned when I saw what I thought was a lot of pulls. I messaged the seller to get a solution and they were fast at responding. I sent them over photos and they explained to me the difference between pulls and loose threads and what is normal and what’s not. I really appreciate that the seller took their time to give me all this information as I’m new to the Lolita space and helped me understand that the dress was totally fine. I definitely will be buying from this seller again In the future. Thank you!

Thank you so much! This has been a dream piece for years. The seller had the blue one in a different cut and had pointed out in the listing they had the purple one as well and to inquire about it. I had sent a message to do so (the purple was my desired colourway) and they informed me they had it but in this cut (which works out better for me anyway). They were super sweet and quick to respond and shipped it out safely and promptly. Highly recommend 10/10
