This is a hand knit sweater I bought from a seller on a different platform for a casual fairy kei outfit. According to the seller their parent knitted it in the 80s. unfortunately while the measurements are in the M/L range, I find it doesn't look good on me and would suit someone in the XS-M range better. My loss your gain!

Its a non-descript patterned sweater, I believe the material feels to be a sort of polyester or cotton blend. I have sensitive skin and while I didn't find it very soft, it was not itchy and was very cozy! The turtle neck is two different layers of fabric. It has pretty long sleeves and should sit as a drop shoulder. It's long too, and could be styled as a short sweater dress if you want.

This is a pretty tightly constructed sweater with a good amount of weight and warmth. I don't think it was worn often because it's still pretty tight especially in the turtleneck area (be careful if you have a big head!) There are loose threads from the construction on the inside especially on the side seams and sleeves, but when you wear it you can't feel them.

If I was going to keep it though, I would trim the strings and run over the sweater with a fabric shaver to remove some of the pilling and fuzz regardless.
